Castrol! It is more than just oil…

I am very happy to have finally found a good service center for my bike.

I first heard about Castrol Bike Zone a couple of months back from my friends and the idea sounded cool. A multi-branded two wheeler service center from Castrol, which is a trusted name in the industry. I also heard about a similar service done for cars by TVS.

I hate giving my bike for service. All my previous services in “authorized” Bajaj service centers have been horrible, to say the least. Those people do not know what “service” means. I have tried 4 or 5 different centers, but the experience has been the same. They do not care about your problems. They have a standard procedure for all the vehicles and just do that cursory water wash and tightening of some screws.

When I went to Castrol Bike zone, in Chandanagar, the experience was really good. Though it is a bit costly, the service is really good. They really take care of your concerns and handle it in a professional way. I have been having problems with the fuel gauge in my bike for around an year and all previous mechanics have said some stupid reason to not fix it. But these people fixed it promptly, without me reminding them again.

And I could clearly feel a difference while riding the bike after the service. That is the most professional service I have seen in hyderabad.

They even called me after two days to check if I had any problems with the bike.

If I had known about this service center a few months back it would have been very useful as I have been having some repeated problems with my bike, but anyways now I know where I should go to get anything in my bike fixed.
